10 & 11 OCTOBER 2018 – ARTS+ Innovation Summit in Frankfurt, Germany

Session INNOVATION SUMMIT II: BREAK-OUT SESSION ON BOOK PUBLISHING
10 October 2018
14:00 – 15:30

What are the main barriers to tech-triggered innovation in the book publishing sector? Are these unique to the sector, or are there overlaps with other creative sectors? How can we overcome these barriers? And what is the role of the public sector in this? Explore these questions together with a small cross-sectoral group of players who will give insights into “their problems” – and the structural barriers behind them. The outcomes of the workshop will fuel into the last strand of the Summit (same day, 4 – 6.30 pm) and contribute to the press conference (Thursday 11 October).
